Zoom Changes the Display |
|
|

- Every user can select his zoom factor in order to decrease or increase all forms
including all entry elements. This is particularly useful to increase readability
for large screen resolutions.

"Go To" Arrows |
|
|
|
- The green arrows to the right of drop down fields allow to directly open the corresponding
record in the master table. Within addresses you can jump to other addresses, e.g.
partner address.
- This function can be activated in the system preferences (Menu Extras > Options).

|
|
|
|
Intelligent Positioning |
|
|
|
- Just start writing the first letters in drop down fields. This will position the
cursor on the corresponding record. This behaviour is the same as e.g. when typing
the first letters of a name in the address book of your mobile.

Notes Integration in Address Forms |
|
|
|
- Notes can now be directly integrated into the address or its add-on forms. They
look exactly like the history entries.
- Notes can be integrated as table views as well. They have the same properties and
possibilities as the table display of addresses, ie the rows and sort order can
be selected freely.

Scrolling with Mouse Wheel |

|
|
- Scrolling with the mouse wheel is now supported in table views, the history view
and emails.
|

Personal Emails |
|
|
|
- In the system preferences you can now select whether to save personal emails in
the document administration as well.
|
|
|
|

|
Serial Emails - Multiple Fields |
|
|
|
- If there are multiple email fields in the address form, you can now select which
fields to use for serial emails and in which order.
|
|

Display of the Selected Filter |

- The selected filter is now displayed in the status row (at the bottom of the screen)
together with the number of records.

Tab Definition in Visual-Admin |
|
|
|
- Tabs can be defined differently in Visual-Admin. The tab type is identified by a
small icon.

|
Automatic Lists Based on Table View |
|
|
|
- "Automatic Lists Based on Table View" is now available in the list selection. This
creates a list which looks exactly like the table as defined in address or master
table views.

Active Address Filter |

|
- The active address filter can now be selected when exporting data or printing lists.
|
|
|
|
|

Post Code Update |
|
|
|
- The post codes can now be updated directly via internet connection.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Filter Owner |
|
|
|
- It is now possible to designate a filter owner during creation or editing of a filter.
Subsequently only the owner can edit or delete the filter. All other users can still
apply the filter.
