converts existing Word templates to the new 2007 format.

Direct Export to Excel |

- Pushing a single button in the table view of Visual-Adress exports the addresses as shown in the table view, maintaining filter and sort order, to a new Excel work
sheet.

Export Format "Directly to Excel" |

- The export definitions contain a new format "Directly to Excel", allowing to export
any data (addresses, master data, notes) directly to Excel.

Import/Export in HTML Format |

- This new format allows to import/export from/to HTML. Umlauts like "รค" are converted
to "ä".

Filter on Notes Fields |

- A new text filter allows to select notes containing the search term.

Active/passive Users |

- Users which have no longer access to the application may now be marked as passive.
They are
then retained in the notes and drop-down lists.

- A tutorial and a macro for Outlook allows to attach Visual-Adress documents to Outlook
e-mails .
