In the document administration you can store text, drawings and worksheet files of most common office and graphics software. By clicking on a document entry the corresponding application is opened.
The arrangement into folders and the use of common templates permits a first-class organisation. The documents can also be used without being attached to an address. Outdated documents can be archived on an external data medium.
